Observations

This is a totally natural semi-sweet white wine made with the classic Verdejo grape from the famous region of Rueda in northern Spain. It has all the characteristics which have made Rueda what it is today; freshness and ease of drinking but at the same time some of its more serious attributes like its inviting stone fruit aromas. This wine is super fresh and despite being fairly sweet, it is not cloying and shows a bit of complexity. It is delicious at any time, smooth and round with an attractive lightness of touch. It makes a great aperitif or party wine and goes well with all sorts of cakes.
