How to store and serve Sherry

Like all wine, Sherry should be consumed at a carefully selected time. Always keep the bottles in a vertical position. Sherry is not only an aperitif, it can also be the ideal accompaniment to many dishes. If a Sherry glass is not available, a white wine glass can be used, this is especially so for Fino Sherry. There are no rules regarding serving the temperature, except for Finos and Manzanillas which must always be served chilled.
