Observations

Tres Cortados is a Medium Dry Sherry, the result of a careful selection of Oloroso and a little Pedro Ximénez aged in old soleras. It is deep golden mahogany in colour, with aromas of nuts and a hint of raisins, while on the palate it is smooth, generous and just off-dry. While it makes a good aperitif wine, it is very suitable for rounding off a good meal. The ideal serving temperature is cool, between 13 and 15°C.
