Observations


The ideal companion to tapas, fish and shellfish, it is pale gold in color, elegant, fresh and delicate on the nose and light and smooth on the palate. It is made from Palomino grapes and aged by the traditional criaderas and soleras system for years under a veil of flor yeasts in butts of American oak. Best served chilled between 5° and 8°C.
