Observations


This Jerez (or Sherry) vinegar belongs to the Category 'Reserva' meaning it has been aged in American oak butts in the traditional criaderas and soleras system for over two years. It is made from Sherry wines grown in our famous Macharnudo vineyards. It is dark amber in colour with concentrated aromas of oak and Sherry. On the palate it is dry, making it ideal as an accompaniment to gazpacho, salads, fish and game.
